Here is a before and after picture....
My daughter said she cannot really tell the difference, but I can see it in the face. Plus I can feel it! And, I know it because the scale don't lie and I am wearing smaller clothes! Yeah.
To reach my first goal I need to lose 5 1/4 pounds.
I will keep you posted!
